Cook and drain the pasta

Chop the onion and cook in a little oil with the garlic until soft. Add all the other ingredients barring the pasta and heat through.

Note that the lobster bisque was not on our original list of ingredients but was suggested by our friend Hal Redvers-Jones and we like it. It's relatively expensive but adding it enhances the 'fishyness' of the dish and makes it much creamier.

Mix in the pasta and transfer the mixture into an oven dish with the cheese and crisps sprinkled on the top.

Cook in the oven at 180°C for about half an hour.
